Chat in Astalty provides secure, real-time messaging between your team members, allowing coordinators and support workers to communicate directly within the platform.

Key features include:

• Direct messaging between team members and support workers
• Group channels for team-wide communication
• Configurable messaging permissions per role
• Message pinning, reactions, and search
• Available on both web and the Support Worker App

Once enabled, you can configure Chat permissions and settings from Settings > Chat .
