Recommended import order

Some imports link records to each other, so the order matters. If any Participants are plan-managed, import your Plan Managers before your Participants so they can be matched. To assign Primary Coordinators, make sure the relevant Users exist first too. Then import Participants, followed by any related data.

Users	Import Users and add them to your team.
Plan Managers	Import Plan Managers and their invoicing details.
Participants	Import all of your Participants and their basic details.
Contacts	Import Contacts and their details.
Organisations	Import Organisations and their details.
Sites	Import Sites along with their address, site manager and tags.
